Lea-Der Environmental Vacuum System

The Lea-Der Environmental Vacuum System (EVS) is the latest addition to the Lea-Der family of environmental and safety products. Lea-Der offers 4 standard EVS models; the 125 Gallon Top Mount, 250 Gallon Top Mount, 400 Gallon Skid Unit and the 600 Gallon Skid Unit. We also offer custom built vacuums to fit your rig or facility as well as truck mounted gas operated units to take care of your mobile vacuum needs.

Our EVS units all offer the following standard features:

  • Standard features

    - Wallenstein HVOA vacuum pumps
    -325 to 500 CFM - Class 1 Div 1 XP electrical systems in 480 or 600 Volt
    - XP Remote start with 100’ Cable
    - Integrated pump flush system
    - Low oil pump shutoff
    - Oversize pump oil reservoir
    - Integrated fork pockets
    - Safety/operational ID markers

  • Optional features include:

    - Tank fluid level indicator
    - Sight glass indicators
    - Full tank shut off
    - Secondary/Muffler drain tank
    - Gas or diesel powered units
    - 4 point lifting eyes

Lea-Der offers a full compliment of accessories for our EVS units, ranging from vacuum wands to discharge adapters to tank truck hose. We also offer the full range of replacement parts as well a pump rebuild service and full vacuum refurb service.
